Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Mory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order is shipped, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or promotional reasons.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Mory.
