PAYMENT — How to Pay

We offer multiple payment options to make your order as easy as possible:

Cash on Delivery — Pay when your order arrives at your door. No card required.

InstaPay — Fast and secure digital transfer, available 24/7.

Vodafone Cash — Pay directly from your Vodafone Cash wallet.

Payment is required in full before the order is dispatched, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

SHIPPING — Delivery Across Egypt

We ship to all governorates across Egypt. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it will be dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

You will be contacted by our delivery partner to arrange a convenient time. Please make sure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES — Not Right? We’ll Sort It.

We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something’s not right, here’s how it works:

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags will not be accepted.

To start a return or exchange, contact us directly via WhatsApp or Instagram within the 3-day window. Orders submitted after this period will not be eligible.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.
